📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Monitor and maintain the fleet's performance, including fuel efficiency, vehicle maintenance, and driver performance.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient fleet operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet activities.,Provide support in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers and mechanics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
