Rumah Sakit Vera Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Batang, Jawa Tengah. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing our fleet operations and ensuring the smooth running of our transportation services.

As a Deputy Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, managing drivers and vehicles, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and maintenance.
  • Manage and supervise a team of drivers, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption, and ensure all maintenance is carried out according to schedule.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety, environmental, and road traffic laws.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide regular reports on fleet performance to senior management.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in fleet improvement initiatives and projects.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
