📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits and payroll processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.,Provide administrative support to the HR team during HR projects and initiatives.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities.,Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with discretion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a related role.,Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
