📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, and payment.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and negotiations to secure the best possible terms and prices.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging procurement technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on strategic sourcing and vendor management.
• Proven track record of success in negotiating contracts and securing cost savings.
• Strong knowledge of procurement software, such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Professional certification in procurement, such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or CPSP (Certified Professional in Supply Chain Planning), is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
