In this role, you will be responsible for managing our HR team, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will work closely with department heads to understand business needs and translate them into effective HR strategies. Daily, you will handle a variety of tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development programs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
• Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to excel.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and translate them into effective HR strategies.
• Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Manage employee benefits and compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.
• Ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns and promoting diversity and inclusion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions and teams.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
