📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by promoting and selling products to customers,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions,Assist in the organization and execution of retail events and promotions,Support the sales team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans,Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales processes and customer experiences,Contribute to the overall success of the retail store by upholding company values and standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or a similar role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems,Excellent time management and organizational skills,Ability to learn and adapt to new products and sales techniques,Passionate about the retail industry and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
