As a Lead Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client base, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow the client base by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing relationships.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in sales efforts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.,Mentor and coach junior sales staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client bases.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to develop effective sales strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
