Sun Leaf Sentosa is seeking a dedicated and energetic Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, managing cashier operations, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales and customer service principles, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions and ensure accurate billing.,Manage cashier operations, including handling cash and card payments.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide feedback to the sales team on customer interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or cashier roles.,Strong understanding of sales and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
