📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all aspects of financial accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Monitor and control financial performance against budgets and forecasts.,Prepare and review financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Manage the accounting team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
