PT Akasia Optima is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial reports.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Manage the company's budgeting process and monitor financial performance against budgeted targets.,Provide training and guidance to junior accountants.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations in Indonesia.
