📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide comprehensive neurological care to patients in an ambulatory setting.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Educate patients and their families about their neurological conditions and care plans.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in neurological care.
  • Experience in an ambulatory setting is a plus.
  • Certification in Neurological Nursing (e.g., CNS, CCNS) is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid nursing license in Indonesia.
