In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging social media strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of our strategies and make data-driven decisions.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all social media channels.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence.,Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, including but not limited to promotions, giveaways, and events.,Report on social media performance and insights to the management team on a regular basis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts with a significant following and engagement.,Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for content creation and distribution.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Proficiency in using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
