📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process to ensure timely collection of payments from customers.,Maintain and update customer accounts, including invoices, payments, and credit status.,Communicate with customers to resolve any issues or concerns related to payments and credit.,Monitor and analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.,Provide training and support to junior staff members in the accounts receivable department.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts receivable process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related role in a logistics or supply chain company.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly in the context of logistics and supply chain.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.,Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.,Proficiency in using accounting software and other relevant tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
