FLUX Berjaya is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Probolinggo. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. This is a full-time, immediate position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.,Ensure that all branch policies and procedures are followed and that the branch is compliant with all relevant regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and growth.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.,Train and develop the branch staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.,Manage the branch budget, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and timely.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a retail or sales environment.,Proven track record of success in sales and customer service.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.,Knowledge of the retail or sales industry is a plus.
