As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and available for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to schedule vehicle usage and ensure timely delivery of goods or services.,Monitor vehicle maintenance and repair schedules, and ensure they are completed on time.,Track vehicle usage and fuel consumption, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle vehicle inspections and safety checks, and ensure they are documented and reported.,Manage vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and maintenance records.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members as needed.,Participate in fleet improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
