PT Sakti Damar is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Palu. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about human resources and wants to make a difference in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.,Manage employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.,Administer and enforce company policies related to employment, including attendance, leave, and discipline.,Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Maintain compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.,English language skills are a plus.
