Market Life Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our banquet services, from planning and organizing events to providing excellent customer service. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and event planners.,Provide excellent customer service to banquet clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.,Manage banquet staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring they are clean and ready for the next event.,Handle banquet supplies and inventory, ordering and restocking as needed.,Create and maintain banquet event schedules and timelines.,Assist in marketing and promoting banquet services to attract new clients.,Handle any banquet-related inquiries and complaints, resolving them promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in banquet services or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with banquet software and tools is a plus.,Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to banquet services.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
