📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency,Train and supervise junior cashiers to maintain high service standards,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitor cash handling and prepare end-of-day reports,Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a cashier or similar role,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture,Valid ID and clean criminal record,Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment
