PT Permata Bintang is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Lab Technician to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing lab operations, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results, and mentoring junior technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory techniques and a passion for quality assurance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily lab operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.,Perform complex laboratory tests and analyses with high accuracy and precision.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians to maintain high standards of performance.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Analyze and interpret test results to provide accurate and reliable data.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives.,Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.,Conduct quality control checks to verify the accuracy of test results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.,Valid certification in relevant laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
