Village Direct Sejahtera is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Restaurant Manager to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain a clean and well-maintained restaurant, including equipment and facilities.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and customer service excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu development and cost control.,Understanding of health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
