📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training programs meet their needs,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and tools,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Fluency in Indonesian and English
