📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the creation and management of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
• Support the marketing team in analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Assist in the organization and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and maintaining files.
• Maintain and update the company's marketing database and CRM system.
• Assist in the preparation of marketing reports and presentations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and consumer goods industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing support or administrative roles in the consumer goods or retail industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
