Sentral Gilang Butik is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our production processes. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are produced efficiently and according to the highest quality standards. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about fashion and has a strong background in production management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process from start to finish.,Coordinate with the design and quality control teams to ensure that products meet the required standards.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that deadlines are met.,Train and mentor production staff to improve efficiency and quality.,Maintain a clean and organized production area.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that products meet the required standards.,Manage inventory and ensure that materials are available when needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fashion design and production processes.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with fashion industry software and tools is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
