Express Village Sejahtera is looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client performance and sales progress.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster a positive business environment.,Identify and address client concerns or issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Participate in trade shows, seminars, and other industry events to network and promote our products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market dynamics and business culture.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
