📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs and concerns promptly.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and service offerings.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to inform sales strategies.,Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.,Conduct customer follow-ups and maintain accurate sales records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the local market and industry is a plus.
