📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the hospital premises to prevent and detect any security breaches or threats.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections of the hospital facilities and equipment.,Respond to emergencies and security incidents, and coordinate with law enforcement agencies as necessary.,Maintain and update security records and reports, and assist in investigations as required.,Educate and train staff and visitors on security protocols and procedures.,Collaborate with hospital management to develop and implement security policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Promote a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Valid security clearance and certification (e.g., SIA License, Private Security License).,Familiarity with hospital safety and security regulations and standards.,First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
