📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients and stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to support sales activities.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive overall business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
