📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and values.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR initiatives accordingly.
• Utilize HR software such as BambooHR and Workday to manage HR processes efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading HR teams and driving HR initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with HR software such as BambooHR and Workday is a plus.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
