As the IT Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire IT landscape of HRTx Inc in Canggu, Bali. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions that support our business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives to protect company data and systems.
• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, network engineers, and cybersecurity specialists.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure optimal IT solutions.
• Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record in leading IT teams.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Proficient in using IT management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
