📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, restaurants, and cafes.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of sales software, such as Salesforce or SAP.
