📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to address customer inquiries and concerns
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Assist with billing, claims, and reimbursement processes using software like Epic, Cerner, or similar healthcare RCM systems
• Stay informed about healthcare policies, regulations, and best practices
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Adhere to company policies and maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in using healthcare RCM software (e.g., Epic, Cerner, or similar)
• Knowledge of healthcare policies, regulations, and industry best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
