📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain packing equipment such as palletizers, shrink wrappers, and labeling machines.
• Ensure that products are accurately and securely packed according to customer specifications and industry standards.
• Inspect and verify the quality of packed products to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth and efficient packing operations.
• Follow and adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure the safety and efficiency of packing operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packing processes and increase productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the logistics or warehousing industry.
• Familiarity with packing equipment such as palletizers, shrink wrappers, and labeling machines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
